You will have direct and personal contact with a senior lawyer who will carry out your legal work in a timely and efficient manner and be available to give you commercially focused, practical legal advice when you need it. There are no junior lawyers carrying out the work at Stanhope Law – clients deal directly with the principal, an experienced and knowledgeable property law practitioner.

We believe in pricing our services in a transparent manner with fee estimates or fixed prices at the outset of transactions wherever possible. We do not compete with cut-priced conveyancers because we know that quality work and attention to detail is less expensive in the long run, and our fees reflect our level of expertise and service. We are upfront about our fees to allow you to budget for the work involved in your transaction.

Because we focus solely on property law, we are able to provide you with comprehensive coverage of changes to property law that may affect you as an owner or developer of property.
